Hej, I am Alex
and I run welikethat.style with the ongoing support of some good friends. I started this blog as I am an illustrator and painter myself who spends huge amount of time searching, finding and admiring the work others. At first it got me down to compare my own work to the work of all the talented people from all over the world, but then I decided to channel this energy into something more constructive and positive.
I take a lot of pleasure in promoting, presenting and elevating colleagues and their fabulous work and I am happy for every conversation, correspondence and aquaintance that arises from this experience. I do hope this blog inspires, astonishes and makes others as happy as it makes myself!
My sincerest thanks go out to all the artists who allow me to post their work, who answer my questions and who make this blog worth looking at. Without you this site would literally be a blank and dull slate.
